Amy McGraw has been named vice president of marketing at Tropical Financial Credit Union. She will be responsible for creating programs and campaigns to introduce more people to the credit union and expand the customer base. She also will oversee all external communications and community relations activities for the credit union. She has more than 20 years of marketing and communications experience, the last 10 in the financial services industry. Before joining the credit union, she was the director of growth, business development and marketing at Public Service Credit Union in Detroit, Michigan.
