Joseph Roig has been named vice president of construction at Atlantic | Pacific Development, the development subsidiary of South Florida-based A | P. Roig will be responsible for the oversight of construction of Doral Grande, a new rental community in Doral. The Class A, multifamily project will consist of 360 rental units across a 30-acre site. He also will be responsible for construction oversight on future developments for A | P. Before joining the firm, he was vice president of construction at Taubco and also served as director of construction for Lennar.

Good luck to you Joseph. The industry is in a bit of a state right now, but you have probably become vice at just the right time. Things look loke they are on the up.
