David Feinberg has been named vice president of retail services at Tropical Financial Credit Union. He will be responsible for overseeing the processes of the branch network, the member contact center and the business services division. He also will run the credit union's sales program and manage procedures for the branches, the contact center and business banking. Before joining the credit union, he was senior vice president at Northwest Savings Bank, South Florida region. Before that, he worked nine years at AmTrust Bank, holding various positions including regional vice president.
