Laura Marks has been named president of Women Executive Leadership, Inc. (WEL). She was the executive director for WEL, which advocates, educates and connects accomplished women. Before that, she was vice president, human resource practice at The Doug Williams Group, and manager, talent acquisition & development at Noven Pharmaceuticals.
