Manuel A. Fernandez has been named executive vice president of logistics operations at Flagler, a real estate company headquartered in Coral Gables. He will spearhead the development of the company's South Florida logistics center, a 400-acre intermodal complex adjacent to the Miami International Airport. He also will be responsible for a newly launched logistics practice. Before joining Flagler, he was senior vice president with International Container Terminal Services, Inc., a global container terminal management company. Before that, he held senior positions with top international logistics companies, including DHL Express (USA), Inc., APL LTD. and CSX Corporation.
