Joaquin Alemany, Brian Briz, Israel Encinosa and Michael Hantman have been promoted to partners at Holland & Knight’s Miami law office. All four were associates at the firm and all are members of the firm’s litigation section.
Alemany focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, creditors’ rights and bankruptcy. He also is a Florida certified public accountant.
Briz focuses primarily on international, cross-border and commercial litigation and arbitration.
Encinosa focuses primarily on complex civil litigation matters, with a particular emphasis on international, cross-border, investor dispute and antitrust litigation.
Hantman focuses primarily on white collar criminal defense, internal corporate investigations and complex civil litigation. He also was an assistant attorney general for the state of Florida.
