Eduardo Valdes, Daniel Novigrod named law partners at Hightower & Partners

Eduardo J. Valdes and Daniel M. Novigrod have been named partners at the Miami law office of Hightower & Partners.

Valdes joined the firm four years ago. He focuses his practice on civil litigation including premises and products liability, wrongful death, automobile negligence and negligent security, among other issues.

 

 

 

 

Novigrod has been practicing law in Miami-Dade and surrounding counties for several years. He defends major corporations and insured individuals in various types of civil cases including premises liability, products liability, automobile negligence, negligent security, and libel/slander/defamation.

Amy Boulris named a shareholder at Gunster law office

Amy Brigham Boulris has been named a shareholder in the environmental and land use practice of the Miami law office of Gunster. Her practice focuses on the defense of property rights in the context of eminent domain, inverse condemnation, property-related civil rights claims, and related land-use litigation. Before joining Gunster, she was a partner at Brigham Moore and head of its appellate practice.

Kristen Lynch, Leticia Vega named shareholders at Fowler White Burnett, P.A.

Kristen M. Lynch and Leticia Vega have joined Fowler White Burnett, P.A., as shareholders. Lynch will work at the firm's downtown Fort Lauderdale office and Vega at the downtown Miami office. Their practice will focus on estate planning, planned giving, probate, guardianship administration, retirement planning, and IRA matters.

Lynch was vice president and divisional IRA manager for the private client services group at SunTrust Bank before becoming a practicing attorney. Before that, she also worked for Merrill Lynch Trust Company as vice president and senior trust officer responsible for new business acceptance. She also was a shareholder with Ruden McClosky and Greenspoon Marder.

 

Vega’s practice will focus on the representation of individuals and families in all aspects of estate, tax and wealth transfer planning. She also represents fiduciaries, beneficiaries and other interested parties in estate, trust and guardianship matters. Her probate practice includes representation of fiduciaries and individuals in both taxable and non-taxable estates. Before joining Fowler White Burnett, Vega was an associate at Ruden McClosky and Greenspoon Marder in the trust & estates and tax practice groups. 

 

Dale Adamson promoted to assistant vice president at Baptist Health South Florida

Dale Adamson has been promoted to assistant vice president of supply chain operations for Baptist Health South Florida, a nonprofit healthcare organization. He will be responsible for standardizing and optimizing products and services, and overseeing management for purchasing, mail services, print shop and supply chain. He began his career with Baptist Health in 1987. He most recently was corporate director of supply chain management.

Kathleen Rodriguez joins Metro 1 as director of corporate marketing

Kathleen Rodriguez has joined Metro 1, a real estate services firm, as the new director of corporate marketing and communications. She will be responsible for shaping the firm's marketing and communications strategy and support the firm's overall growth objectives. Before joining Metro 1, she was director of marketing and communications at Flagler, where she developed and managed the overall corporate, property specific and third-party service divisions marketing and communications strategy. Before that, she was associate vice president at Gregory FCA Communications in Philadelphia.
