Angelique Hutchinson named assistant vice president at FIU's Wertheim College of Medicine

Angelique Grant HutchinsonFlorida International University's Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine announced the addition of Angelique Grant Hutchinson, Ph.D. as the new Assistant Vice President of Development.  Prior to joining FIU, she was Executive Director of Major Gifts at the University of Miami's Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine, and since 2004 had been responsible for the development efforts of 24 medical divisions and a campaign goal of $86 million. She has an extensive career in institutional advancement, media relations and public relations. She has worked in higher education at Princeton University where she served as Director of Development from 1999 to 2004, and at Washington State University where she served as a communications instructor with the Edward R. Murrow School of Communications and was Assistant Director of Development from 1994 to 1999.
