Kathleen Rodriguez has joined Metro 1, a real estate services firm, as the new director of corporate marketing and communications. She will be responsible for shaping the firm's marketing and communications strategy and support the firm's overall growth objectives. Before joining Metro 1, she was director of marketing and communications at Flagler, where she developed and managed the overall corporate, property specific and third-party service divisions marketing and communications strategy. Before that, she was associate vice president at Gregory FCA Communications in Philadelphia.
