Ivan J. Reich, a shareholder of the Fort Lauderdale law office of GrayRobinson, P.A. has been named president of the Commercial Law League of America (CLLA). Founded in 1895, the CLLA is the nation's oldest organization of attorneys, collection agencies, judges, accountants, trustees, turnaround managers and other credit and finance experts working in the commercial law, bankruptcy and insolvency field. Reich concentrates his practice in bankruptcy and corporate reorganizations, with a strong emphasis and background in commercial litigation, which includes banking, lender liability, commercial landlord-tenant, securities, intellectual property, anti-trust, real estate, asset protection, post and prejudgment remedies and collections, foreclosures, and both state and federal appeals. As a member of CLLA since 1991, he has served as an attorney board member and southern region chair. He has also served on its board of governors and is the immediate past chair of its Young Members Section and past chair elect of its Bankruptcy section.

Guillermo Mancebo joins Miami law office of Broad and Cassel as an associate
Guillermo M. Mancebo has joined the Miami law office of Broad and Cassel as an associate in the commercial litigation and real estate litigation practice groups. He was a litigation associate at Liebler, Gonzalez & Portuondo, P.A. in Miami. He has extensive experience in complex commercial litigation matters and has managed cases in federal and state courts. He is a founding board member of Lawyers to the Rescue, a nonprofit organization committed to providing humanitarian and financial assistance to individuals and communities in times of crisis.

Johnny Franco joins Miami Plastic Surgery at Baptist Hospital
Dr. Johnny Franco has joined Miami Plastic Surgery at Baptist Hospital in Kendall. In Aug. 2011, he accepted a plastic surgery fellowship with Miami Plastic Surgery to receive additional training in all aspects of cosmetic procedures. Before joining the practice, his medical background included a residency at Saint Louis University School of Medicine, where he served a year as chief resident. In 2011, he completed additional training at Chan Gung Hospital in Taiwan with a focus on microsurgery primarily in cancer reconstruction, followed by a fellowship at Gent University Hospital in Belgium where he specialized in breast reconstruction and fat grafting.
