Jennifer Gibbs has recently joined the Miami Science Museum as senior vice president of development. She will be responsible for leading the Capital Campaign project to build the Patricia and Phillip Frost Museum of Science, which broke ground in Downtown Miami earlier this year. Before joining the museum, she was vice president of development for public television station WPBT2 in Miami, where she directed major gift fundraising, on-air fundraising, corporate underwriting and membership services.

Shawn Hauver has been named vice president of operations at Loews Hotels & Resorts. He will manage all aspects of the eastern region of Loews Hotels and will oversee operations, sales and marketing, human resources and finance and revenue management for Loews hotels in Atlanta, Annapolis, Loews Don CeSar Hotel, Miami Beach, Philadelphia, Loews Regency Hotel and the two Canadian properties, Hotel Le Concorde in Québec City and Hotel Vogue in Montreal.

TotalBank promotes four to executive positions
TotalBank has promoted Carla Garcia to senior vice president, Randall Wilder to vice president/credit risk management/analytics manager, and Nancy Fernandez and Robert Revilla to market manager positions.
Garcia was previously a vice president. She continues to serve as associate counsel for the bank.
Wilder was previously assistant vice president/credit administration senior portfolio analyst.
Fernandez will oversee the Hialeah and Medley banking centers. She was previously vice president and managing director for the Hialeah banking center.
