Robert Young has been named senior vice president of information technology and CIO for Seminole Gaming. In this role, he will be responsible for all aspects of gaming technology at the seven Florida casinos operated by the company. Most recently, Young was the vice president of technology and chief technology officer at Southwest Airlines in Dallas for four years.
All Aboard Florida has named Michael Reininger as executive vice president. He has almost 30 years of experience in the real estate development industry, including his management roles at companies like Walt Disney World, MGM Resorts, The St. Joe Company, and AECOM.
Jones Lang LaSalle has promoted Jubeen Vaghefi from managing director to international director. He has more than 18 years of experience in the real estate industry and has also handled several of the largest office trades in Florida.
Peter Witschen has been named vice president for facilities at Nova Southeastern University. Before this promotion, Witschen worked as executive director for facilities at Nova.
Cheryl A. Lawko has been named director of annual giving at St. Thomas University. Lawko has more than 20 years of development experience, including her role as director of development at the University of Miami, Northwestern University, the University of Chicago and Barry University.
Jeffrey Robison has joined St. Thomas University as director of development. He most recently served as the vice president for advancement at the University of South Florida and Case Western Reserve University and he was the president of the Florida State University Foundation.
Siddik Tetik has been named regional president of Asia Pacific at Bacardi Limited. He has more than 25 years of experience in the consumer goods industry. Prior to joining Bacardi Limited, he was the president of P&G Philippines.
Samuel J. Ferreri has joined architecture and engineering firm PGAL as a principal. Ferreri has 36 years of experience in design and management. Before joining PGAL, he was a principal at SchenkelShultz Architecture for 12 years.
