Paul Rivera has been promoted to vice president of information technology for FedExpress LAC. Rivera, who has more than 25 years of experience with the company, served as the vice president of IT, fedex.com and customer service solutions before his promotion. In his new role, he will be responsible for all aspects of IT and the growth in the Latin America and Caribbean region.
The Miami Beach Garden Conservancy has named Cindy Brown executive director of the Miami Beach Botanical Garden. She will oversee the management of the garden. Brown founded Cenergy LLC, a consulting company for nonprofits, in 2008. As the president, she served as staff, volunteer, board member and consultant to several local organizations.
WLRN Public Radio and Television has named Victor Kendall as president and chief executive officer for Friends of WLRN, a nonprofit organization that supports WLRN. Kendall previously served as director of philanthropy and major gifts at KUHF Houston Public Radio.
Dr. Tony Andrulonis has been promoted to vice president of the division of emergency services at Sheridan Healthcare. He most recently served as national medical director of practice development for emergency services. Andrulonis is also the chief of the department of emergency medicine and co-medical director at Baptist Hospital’s Chest Pain Center.
Beasley Broadcast Miami has named Georgia Beasley interactive sales manager for its three South Florida radio stations, Power 96 WPOW-FM, 99.9 WKIS Country and 560 Sports Radio WQAM-AM. Beasley, who started her radio career at WQAM, most recently served as general sales manager at Beasley’s WJBR-FM in Delaware.
