Walter Trujillo has been named design director of Florida projects for Gensler, a global architecture, design and consulting firm. Trujillo, who has been with the firm for 17 years, joins the Miami office from Gensler’s Tampa office. A native of Colombia, he earned a bachelor’s degree in architecture from Virginia Tech and is a registered architect in Florida as well as a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) accredited professional.
