Arnstein & Lehr names Alan G. Kipnis as managing partner

Arnstein & Lehr has named Alan G. Kipnis as managing partner. He has been a partner with the firm since 2006 and was formerly managing partner from 2008 to 2011. He focuses his practice in commercial, business, banking, construction, and complex litigation. In his new role, he will oversee administrative duties and operations as well as manage the office’s personnel.
