Francisco J.
Cerezo has been named co-chair of Foley’s International Practice. Cerezo joined
Foley & Lardner LLP’s Miami
office in 2011 and is now a partner with the firm. He is also a member of the
firm’s Transactional & Securities and International Practices. Cerezo
focuses his practice on corporate and international matters.
