What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?: “The most important piece of advice I have ever received — and learned through personal experience — was to strive to keep outstanding customer service as the core of my operations. All of us like to feel special. Calling someone by name, sending a birthday card, or simply taking the time to talk and get to know your clients are easy ways to let them know how much you appreciate them, and bring them closer to you. That advice has stayed with me throughout my career and allowed me to understand and unite with the community of which I serve.”
