Michael Balan has joined Grandbridge Real Estate Capital as vice president/loan originator. In this new role, he will focus on originating loans for all income-producing properties, such as offices, hotels and apartments. He graduated from the University of Maryland with a bachelor’s in finance.
Also at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, Jay S. Lipsey has been named assistant vice president/senior underwriter for the company’s new Southeast Florida regional office. Lipsey will be responsible for the underwriting of Balan’s properties. He earned a bachelor’s in economics with a concentration in real estate and finance from the University of Pennsylvania.
