Rolando Centonzio has been named executive chef partner at Seasons 52 in Coral Gables. Before taking on this new role, he was sous chef at the restaurant. He has also served as sous chef at Riviera Grill & Sushi in New York. Centonzio studied at The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale and Colegio Universitario del Este Carolina in Puerto Rico.
