Andrew McClenahan joins SmartWater CSI, LLC

LLC, has named Andrew McClenahan as public safety director of the company’s new
U.S.
operations. He has more than 18 years of law enforcement experience and
training. McClenahan has served as investigative captain in the Office of the

and broadcast journalist for more than 20 years. During her last 14 years as a
journalist, she covered commercial real estate and the economy.
Wells Net Lease Group names David Wells as managing director
David Wells has
been named managing director of the Wells Net Lease Group. He has 15 years of
experience in the industry. Wells has been involved in more than $1 billion
worth of commercial net lease transactions. He has worked as a senior associate
at Marcus & Millichap for 10 years. Wells also served as the vice president
of an acquisitions fund.

than 26 years of experience in commercial real estate. She has been the
commercial director of the West Central Florida region for Coldwell since 2011
and served as the Florida
director of commercial operations for Coldwell for seven years prior to that.

Gilbert Villard has joined The Greater Fort Lauderdale Convention and Visitors Bureau as convention sales manager. He will be responsible or international group business as well as the southern U.S. and corporate business in Florida. Before joining the bureau, he was the national sales manager of the South East market for the Puerto Rico Convention Bureau for four years.
