Luis Torres joins Tire Group International

Torres
Tire Group International has named Luis Torres as vice president of international program sales. He has more than 25 years experience in the tire industry. Torres has served as director of export sales for Hercules Tires International. He has also served as export sales manager for Alliance Tire Group.
