David Wells has
been named managing director of the Wells Net Lease Group. He has 15 years of
experience in the industry. Wells has been involved in more than $1 billion
worth of commercial net lease transactions. He has worked as a senior associate
at Marcus & Millichap for 10 years. Wells also served as the vice president
of an acquisitions fund.

So in other words, a group he started names him the leader of that group? wow.
He's extremely dishonest and his business practices are terrible.
