Rafael Cruz-Alvarez has joined Hughes Hubbard’s litigation department as a partner in its Miami office. Before joining the firm, he was a partner at Shook, Hardy & Bacon LLP. He has experience as a product liability defense lawyer and has served as the lead counsel for Lorillard Tobacco Company and Philip Morris USA.
