Fleet Advantage has named Bill Ten Eyck as vice president of business development. He has more than 28 years of industry experience in equipment leasing and finance, transportation management, dedicated contract carriage and global supply chain management. He has also held leadership positions at Ryder System, Inc.
Jacob Levin has been named managing director at SL Capital. He has nearly 15 years of experience in leveraged and real estate finance. Levin has served as chief investment analyst and adviser for BC Property Investments, LC in Miami. He has also been the vice president of SunTrust Bank’s commercial mortgage finance group.
Dr. Matthias Haury has been named chief operating officer of the Max Planck Florida Institute for Neuroscience. He has served as head of science operations at COST and leadership positions at the EMBL International Centre for Advanced Training at the European Molecular Biology Laboratory in Heidelberg, Germany.
The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Southern Florida and Puerto Chapter, has named Emily Marquez-Dulin as executive director. Before joining LLS, she was area executive director for the American Cancer Society Miami-Dade/Monroe counties. She has also worked at the Humane Society of Greater Miami, Alpha-One Foundation, Jungle Island and the American Red Cross in senior management positions.
Lorrie Candiotti has been named president of the South Florida Chapter of the Florida Diversity Council. She is also the executive vice president and chief operating officer at Pacific National Bank. Candiotti has experience in bank operations, risk management, compliance and strategic planning.
Dailyn Mizrahi has been named senior marketing director of The Newport Beachside Hotel & Resort. She started her career at Walt Disney World as a grounds security coordinator. She joined the Newport Beachside Hotel & Resort’s corporate team in Sunny Isles Beach as marketing manager in 2012.
Broward Health has named Jennifer Silverio as web and social media manager. She joined Broward Health in 2007 as a web specialist. In 2011, she was named coordinator of web and social media. Silverio has also worked as assistant web designer at Winter Park Tech.
Christopher Garcia-Halenar has been named director of human resources at Home Financing Center. He was previously the vice president of operations of BrightSky in Fort Lauderdale. He has experience in process improvement, cost reduction, client/customer service relations, human resources, and training and development.
Also at Home Financing Center, Maria Perez-Arche has been named director of operations. She has served as operations officer for Ocean Bank’s residential lending department. She has worked at Home Financing Center before as vice president of operations from 2002 to 2010 and accounting manager from 2001 to 2002.
BankUnited promoted Rosary Plana Falero to executive vice president and director of private banking. She joined the company in 2012 as senior vice president for private banking. She has also worked at City National Bank of Florida, where she managed the company’s private banking group.
