The Mayfair Hotel and Spa in Coconut Grove has named Fernando Rivera as the director of sales and marketing. Before joining the hotel, he was the vice president of global accounts at Hospitality Performance Network. Rivera started several global marketing initiatives for hotel brands like the Intercontinental Hotel Group, Grand Hyatt New York, and Hyatt Regency Miami.
