John Warsing has been named the director of sales at One Fifty One at Biscayne, formerly named The Oaks at Biscayne Landing, located off Biscayne Boulevard and Northeast 151st Street in North Miami. He most recently led the sellout of Strada 315 in downtown Fort Lauderdale and Veranda in Plantation. He attended the University of Pittsburgh.

Crystal Lyerla has been named to the new position of population care manager at Holy Cross Physicians Partners in Fort Lauderdale. She will be responsible for 6,000 patients, coordinating care and tracking metrics on clinical performance and outcomes. Lyerla, a registered nurse, was previously a health coach with Health Dialog.

Srikanth “Sri” Karra is chief information officer. Before he was CIO and interim chief operations officer at Jefferson Health Systems in Birmingham, Ala. He has a bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering from Bangalore University in India and an MBA from Auburn University in Alabama.
Scott Schoenen is chief communications officer. Before, he was at Discover Palm Beach County, where he oversaw special projects, human resources and internal communications. Scott holds an MBA from New York University and a bachelor’s in social sciences and business from the University of California, Irvine.
Gaby Borrego has been named director of retail sales for the South Florida region of Verizon Wireless. Borrego will be based in Verizon’s Miami office and will be responsible for customer service, sales and operations at dozens of Verizon-owned stores in Miami, Naples, Fort Myers, Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach and other markets in the southern portion of the state. Before, she was director of indirect sales for the company’s Mountain Region headquartered in Denver. She has a bachelor’s of science degree from Southern California College in Costa Mesa, Calif.
Lowell Rush was recently named chief financial officer, secretary and treasurer of Direct Insite Corp., a provider of cloud-based e-invoicing solutions. He previously was chief operating officer of Cosmetic Dermatology, Inc. and CFO of Bijoux Terner, LLC. Rush has an accounting degree from SUNY Buffalo and an MBA from the University of Miami.

Christina Webb is vice president of development. Her previous experience includes a stint with Wood Partners. She has a master’s in environmental policy with an emphasis on green building from the University of Central Florida.
T. Nat Barganier, below left, was also been named a vice president of development. His previous experience includes positions with Colliers International. He has a bachelor’s in business administration from Southwest Texas State University.
Eric Clark, right, is director of marketing for the company. He prevously held positions at Winthrop Management and Lang Realty. He has a degree in marketing and communication from the University of Tampa.
Ainsworth Geddes was recently named CFO for ChildNet, the community-based care lead agency in Broward and Palm Beach counties and the single private nonprofit entity responsible for administration of the local child welfare systems under a contract with the Florida Department of Children & Families. Before, he was executive vice president for Family Central, Inc. He received a bachelor’s in business administration and an MBA from Baruch College in New York.
Ron Reshefsky, left, is chairman of the newly launched Century Risk Advisors, based in Boca Raton. His previous company was Century Financial Services. He has a bachelor of arts from the University of Miami. His son, Gary Reshefsky, right, will be the firm’s principal. He also leads Public Risk Advisors, a related risk management consulting firm. From July 2010 to June 2011, he acted as the City of Miami’s director of risk management. He has a bachelor’s in finance from George Washington University and a law and MBA from the University of Miami.
