Isaac M. Marcushamer has been elevated to partner at Berger Singerman LLP, a business law firm. Marcushamer has been an associate with the firm since 2008. As a member of the firm’s Business Reorganization Team, Marcushamer concentrates his practice on complex business matters, principally assisting distressed companies with finding legal and business solutions to their problems. He also assists investors with identifying and acquiring distressed assets. Marcushamer is a member of the NextGen Global Committee of the Turnaround Management Association , co-chair of the local NextGen TMA chapter, a member of the Brazil-American Chamber of Commerce of Florida, and chairs the Scheck Hillel Community School Create a Jewish Legacy Committee. He is admitted to practice in Florida and New York. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto and his law degree from Hofstra University School of Law.
