Theresa A. Minervini has been named sales director at Covenant Village of Florida, a faith-based, not-for-profit, continuing care retirement community in Plantation administered by Covenant Retirement Communities. Before, she was the sales supervisor at Meadow Ridge in Redding, Conn. She has an associate’s degree in business management fromWestchester Community College in Valhalla, N.Y.
Paul Murphy has been named head of distribution for American International Group’s property casualty business in Latin America and the Caribbean. Murphy has worked at AIG for almost 20 years, most recently as vice president of AIG Property Casualty’s Southeast region of the United States. He has a bachelor’s in business administration from Temple University and an MBA from St. Joseph’s University.
