Joel Berger has been named executive director, Temple Israel of Greater Miami. Before, he was executive director of Beth David Congregation in Miami. At Beth David Congregation, he led the synagogue’s successful 2012 centennial campaign. Previously, he was executive director of University of Miami Hillel in Coral Gables, and earlier served as youth, camp and executive director at Beth Torah Benny Rok Campus in Aventura. He also has been a marketing strategist at Kettler Financial in Coral Gables. He has a bachelor’s degree in management/management information decision systems, and an MBA in marketing and finance, from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland.
Maritza Meza has been named director of sales for Privage Condominium Estates. Before, she was a waterfront and luxury estate specialist at Coldwell Banker Previews, working with high-end resale properties on Fort Lauderdale beach. She was also sales director for several condo high-rise properties. Meza has a bachelor’s degree in business from the Universidad Virgen Immaculada in Peru.
Sherril M. Colombo joins Littler as a shareholder. Before, she was a partner at Wilson Elser. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington and a law degree from Nova Southeastern University.

Ron Nuce has been named vice president of sales and visitor service at the Patricia and Phillip Frost Museum of Science. Before, he was vice president of guest experience and sales for the John G. Shedd Aquarium in Chicago. He received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from West Virginia University.
