Brent Sergot was named president of DataScan Holdings LLC, DataScan Technologies and DataScan Field Services by World Omni. In addition to this position, he will continue working as vice president and general manager of CenterOne Financial Services. Before joining World Omni, in 2001 he held senior positions at Greater Auction Group, Walden Automotive Group, Autodaq and MarketWise Solutions.
World Omni named Brick Toifel as vice president of Southeast Toyota Finance Sales and Dealer Services as well. Toifel joined the company in 1984 and before this promotion, served as vice president of operations.
Mike Pritchard was named group vice president of operations at World Omni. He began his career at World Omni in 1996 and then transferred to JM&A Group in 2000, where he served as vice president of operations. In his return to World Omni, he is responsible for World Omni’s Service Center operations and the training and business process re-engineering efforts.
World Omni Financial Corp. has announced Mike Tiufekchiev’s promotion to group vice president of originations. In this role, he is responsible for Southeast Toyota finance sales and marketing, dealer services, risk management, pricing and commercial operations. He joined World Omni in 1999. Before joining the company, he held senior roles at Ford Credit and GMAC.
Sebastian Tettamanti has been named senior vice president of development and sales for Porsche Design Tower Miami. He was previously director of sales and project manager for Trump Towers.
Stephen P. Artusi has been promoted to vice president and deputy general counsel of JM Family Enterprises. Artusi previously served as senior counsel and deputy general counsel. Before joining the company, Artusi was an associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges.
JM Family Enterprises, Inc. has promoted Carmen Johnson to executive vice president of the company, and Dan Chait to senior vice president of subsidiary World Omni Financial Corp.
Johnson joined JM Family in 2007 as vice president of human resources & total rewards, and was promoted in 2009 to senior vice president and general counsel. In her expanded role, she will continue serving as the company’s principal legal adviser and oversee the human resources, learning & organizational development, benefits and healthcare Services functions. Before joining JM Family, she specialized in labor-related law and employment compliance for more than 20 years, including 10 years as the company’s outside employment counsel.
Chait joined World Omni in 2002 as vice president of asset management and was promoted to group vice president in 2007. In his expanded role, he will have primary responsibilities for Southeast Toyota Finance Portfolio Management, dealer services, operations, sales and marketing.
The Rick Case Automotive Group has promoted Jack "JJ" Jackintelle to president and chief operating officer. In his new role, he will assist the group's owners in managing dealerships and promoting sales through marketing initiatives. Prior to joining Rick Case, Jackintelle was market director with Group 1 Automotive.
