Three associates from JM Family Enterprises subsidiaries -- Southeast Toyota Distributors and JM&A Group -- have been promoted to vice president.

Kevin Fleeger has been promoted to vice president of parts and service support for Southeast Toyota Distributors.

JM Family Enterprises has promoted two employees in its human resources department.

Amy Kropp has been promoted to vice president of Human Resources Operations, responsible for the human resources function for all JM Family companies.  Previously she was human resources director.

Sandra Porceng has been promoted to vice president of Human Resources Total Rewards.  She is responsible for compensation, retirement services, benefits strategy and worker's compensation. She was most recently human resources director.

Tony Santos has been hired as vice president and general counsel at JMsolutions, an automotive technology products and services company, headquartered in Deerfield Beach.

Previously, he was in private practice as a partner at the law firms of Santos Stokes, Greenberg Traurig and Broad and Cassel.

Parkland resident Brian Switalski has been hired as senior vice president of operations at Southern Auto Finance Company, based in Fort Lauderdale. He is responsible for the day-to-day credit and collection activity for the indirect auto finance company. 

Prior to joining the company, he worked as retail marketing manager with Ford Motor Credit Company.

Carmen Johnson has been hired as vice president of human resources and total rewards for JM Family Enterprises, an automotive company based in Deerfield Beach.

She joins JM Family with 20 years of experience in labor-related law and employment compliance. Prior to joining the company, she worked for Muller Mintz, a labor and employment firm that merged three years ago with Akerman Senterfitt. She also served as JM Family's outside employment counsel for more than 10 years.
