Elizabeth Coto has been named vice president, market manager at U.S. Century Bank. She will oversee all personal and business banking efforts in the Hialeah and Miami Lakes area, and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the branch. Before, she was a vice president, branch manager at Citibank. She began her career in banking at U.S. Century Bank in 2002 as a teller. She has been involved with the March of Dimes and various chambers of commerce. She currently serves as secretary for the Miami Lakes Chamber of Commerce. She attended Miami Dade College and is pursing an MBA at the University of Miami.
Best advice she ever received: The best advice I have received in my career comes both from experience, and from my father, who is also my career mentor: “A goal without a plan is just a dream.” At an early age, I drew out my career plans through my retirement. With the base I have built, I look forward to having a long, successful banking career filled by changing clients’ lives through finance.
Chanteya Lawrence has been named sales performance manager supporting the Bank of America’s banking center teams in South Florida. Lawrence previously worked with the company’s Dealer Financial Services in Jacksonville. She has a bachelor’s in marketing from the University of Florida and an MBA from the University of North Florida.
Lisa B. Anderson has been promoted to SVP, regional vice president in commercial banking, for Broward County at TD Bank. She most recently was VP, senior loan officer on the commercial team in Broward at the bank. Anderson is a graduate of the University of Miami.
