Endlessly Organic has named Lindsay Scherr as director of business development. She has worked in business development and marketing for several real estate and construction companies. In her new role, she will be responsible for expanding the company’s locations, increasing membership and driving its corporate wellness programs in South Florida.
Bacardi Limited named Eric Kraus as senior vice president, chief communications and corporate affairs officer. Most recently, he worked at Covidien plc as senior vice president of corporate communications and public affairs. Kraus has also served as vice president of external relations for Gillette, The Procter & Gamble Company.
Dmitry Ivanov has been named senior global category director of rums at Bacardi Limited. He has served as managing director for country operations in Russia for Bacardi. Ivanov joined Bacardi in 2005 as marketing director for a portfolio of products in Russia.
Rolando Centonzio has been named executive chef partner at Seasons 52 in Coral Gables. Before taking on this new role, he was sous chef at the restaurant. He has also served as sous chef at Riviera Grill & Sushi in New York. Centonzio studied at The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale and Colegio Universitario del Este Carolina in Puerto Rico.
Kristen Farr has been named director of sales and marketing at Endlessly Organic. In her new role, Farr will establish new delivery sites, market potential new buying club members, and direct the company’s education and community outreach programs. Before joining the company, she was at Tropic Survival Advertising and Marketing Agency.
