She was formerly director of new store development at Starbucks.

Bacardi Limited hired Jacques Croisetière as chief financial officer and senior vice president. He previously worked at Rohm and Haas as the chief financial officer.

CEO of Heritage Brands, parent company of Orzel Vodka

Heritage Brands, a Weston-based spirits company and parent company of Orzel Vodka, has hired Francisco Tonarely as president and chief executive officer for America. He replaces Robert Cullins, who has moved on from Heritage Brands to pursue another job.

Previously, Tonarely was owner of Brand Equity Partners, a boutique consulting practice, which represented Tequila Siete Leguas.
