Joe Giaimo has been hired as regional vice president of table gaming operations for the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood.
He previously was general manager of Big Rock Casino in Espanola, New Mexico where he was responsible for the overall operation of the entire property including slots, table games, food and beverage, facilities, finance, human resources, IT and marketing.

He most recently was senior vice president and general manager for Conrad Jupiters Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia.
