Neil Budde, the former editor-in-chief of Yahoo! News, has been hired as president and chief product officer at DailyMe, an online provider of personalized news, based in Hollywood.
Before Yahoo, he was the founding editor and publisher of The Wall Street Journal Online.

Jose Tolosa has been hired at MTV Networks Latin America as vice president of strategy and business development. He is based in Miami.
Previously, he was senior vice president and chief operating officer at the HNMA Funding Company.

Marc Fest has been appointed as vice president of communications for the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation. He succeeds Larry Meyer, who has become senior communications officer and remains secretary to the board of trustees.
Fest joined the foundation in March 2007 as director of communications.

Antonio Mora has been hired as a co-anchor at CBS4's 5, 6, and 11 p.m. newscasts. He starts Jan. 28.
Earlier in his career he worked in South Florida at WTVJ-NBC6, but was most recently an anchor at WBBM-CBS 2 Chicago.

Michael Williams has been hired as a reporter with the WFOR-TV CBS4 newsteam.
He'll report special high profile stories, take part in special investigations with the CBS4 I-Team and will fill in as a back-up anchor. He starts with CBS4 on January 2.
Williams was most recently a spokesperson for Florida Power & Light. Before that he was a news anchor with WTVJ, which he joined as a reporter in January 1993. He also worked for NBC News as a national correspondent for their NBC owned and operated stations from 2002 to 2004.
