Andrea Darlow has been named Florida Chapter Director of the Israel Cancer Research Fund. Before, she worked with Jewish nonprofit organizations, including serving as the executive director of the National Council of Jewish Women (Greater Miami Section) for two years. She has a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from The George Washington University and an MBA from the University of Miami.
Ramón Usategui has been named senior vice president and manager of the Brickell wealth management office of Ocean Bank. Before, he was senior vice president and market executive for the Coral Gables private banking office of Gibraltar Private Bank. Usategui received his bachelor’s degree in finance from Villanova University, and his MBA from the Instituto Centroamericano de Administración
de Empresas in Managua, Nicaragua.
Ronaldo Möntmann has been promoted to vice president of information technology at Broward Health. He joined Broward Health more than 15 years ago. Most recently, he was director of technology services, information systems. Möntmann serves as an ordained children’s minister and chaplain at a Brazilian Christian church in Pompano Beach. He also travels on short mission trips overseas to work with impoverished children. Möntmann has an MBA from Nova Southeastern University and a bachelor’s degree from Trinity International University in Illinois.

Rich Andrews has been named vice president-commercial for North America at Bacardi U.S.A., Inc. He will lead commercial and customer marketing activities across the United States and Canada and will begin his new role in September. For the past two years, he was business unit managing director for the Bacardi business in the United Kingdom and Ireland. Andrews has been with Bacardi for more than 10 years in country, regional and global roles. He began his career with the company as vice president of sales for Canada and was later promoted to president of Bacardi Canada. He returned to the commercial side as Bacardi’s interim regional president of Latin America at the company. He has a bachelor’s degree from Bishop’s University in Quebec, Canada, with a major in social science.
Best advice he ever received: Always treat people with respect.
