Fleet Advantage has named Mike Spence as senior vice president of fleet services. He has been in the industry for more than 25 years. Spence has served as senior vice president of sales and marketing for Ryder Systems. He has also served as vice president and general manager for Worldwide Equipment Leasing.

Rick Pugatch joins Crocker Partners

Crocker Partners has named Rick Pugatch as senior vice president of development and construction. He has 35 years of experience in the field. Most recently, Pugatch served as vice president of Flagler Development and held senior positions at Reese Internets, Arvida Corporation and Development Corporation of America.

Katz, Barron, Squitero, Faust, Friedberg, English & Allen has named Shari Ben Moussa as a partner. She joined the firm in 2008 as an associate after clerking the previous summer. Ben Moussa is also a vice chair and advertising coordinator for The Florida Bar’s ActionLine. 

Daniel Harwin named partner at Freedland Harwin

Daniel Harwin has been named a partner at Freedland Harwin. He has also been a partner at Freedland & Russo. Harwin is admitted into the U.S. District Court – Southern District of Florida. He represents victims of medical negligence and those who have been wrongfully injured in an accident.

Feldman Gale names Richard Guerra as partner

Feldman Gale has named Richard Guerra as a partner. He joined the firm in 2006 and is a member of the Florida Bar, Dade-County Bar Association and the Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property. Guerra is a registered patent attorney, focusing on commercial and intellectual property litigation.

Fox Rothschild names Raul Valdes-Fauli as partner

Fox Rothschild has named Raul Valdes-Fauli as a partner. He is a long-time leader in the South Florida business community. Valdes-Fauli has more than four decades of experience and has served as mayor of the City of Coral Gables from 1993 to 2001 as well as vice mayor and city commissioner in the 1980s.

Robert Bolton joins Genovese Joblove & Battista, P.A.

Robert Bolton has joined Genovese Joblove & Battista as CFO. Before joining the firm, he held a senior level financial position at Groom Law Group. He has also served as managing director of finance at Hogan Lovells LLP. 

Louis Wolfson III, Jane Kahn Jacobs join Miami Jewish Health Systems Foundation Board of Directors

Miami Jewish Health Systems has named Louis Wolfson III as chair to the Foundation Board of Directors. He is also currently chairman of the Pinnacle Housing Group. Before becoming partner, owner and chairman at the Pinnacle Housing Group, he founded The Video Jukebox.

 

Also at Miami Jewish Health Systems, Jane Kahn Jacobs was named vice chair to the Foundation Board of Directors. She is also sitting president of the Miami Jewish Health Systems Founders. She is a founding president of the Diabetes Research Institute Lifesavers and grand founder of the Diabetes Research Institute.

QualMetrix names Adam House as CEO

QualMetrix has named Adam House as CEO. He recently founded Velocitude before it was sold to Akamai. House has also started DMA International and was co-owner of the Rochester Riversharks.

Daniel Gropper named dean of FAU's College of Business

Daniel Gropper has been named the dean of Florida Atlantic University’s College of Business. He has served as associate dean for the college and has also worked as the David and Meredith Luck Professor within Auburn University’s Department of Finance. Gropper has 17 years of administrative experience at Auburn.
