Marc de Grandpre, former managing director of New York Red Bulls of Major League Soccer, has been hired as vice president of marketing for Purple Beverage Company in Fort Lauderdale.
Before working with the soccer team, he directed East Coast marketing for Red Bull North America.

John Baker has been hired as the mall manager for Coral Square Mall, which is managed by the The Simon Property Group. He was previously the mall manager for Northlake Mall in Atlanta.

Ivette Diaz has been hired at Burger King Corp. as director of corporate social responsibility, a newly created position.
Previously, she worked at the Miami Herald Media Company, where she managed the company's community affairs and outreach programs.

Sam Hosn has been hired as director of retail operations of the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood. He will oversee Seminole Paradise, the hotel’s adjacent retail complex, the Hard Rock Live concert arena, Contour Spa and the hotel’s food court.
Prior to this, he was the general manager of Town Center at Boca Raton.
