Kathy IvanovKathy Walkerow-Ivanov has been promoted to senior vice president of administration at Fleet Advantage, a truck fleet business analytics and equipment financing company based in Fort Lauderdale. She will be responsible for overseeing all Fleet Advantage transactions from initial award to final equipment in-servicing. He will spearhead the development of the company's South Florida logistics center, a 400-acre intermodal complex adjacent to the Miami International Airport. He also will be responsible for a newly launched logistics practice. Before joining Flagler, he was senior vice president with International Container Terminal Services, Inc., a global container terminal management company. Carol Finklehoffe Finklehoffe is an active trial attorney in state and federal courts throughout Florida. The main concentration of her practice is in complex personal injury, wrongful death, and sexual assault and harassment claims on commercial and private vessels. Dennis C. Cooke has been named senior vice president and chief of operations, U.S. and Canada, in Ryder System's Fleet Management Solutions business segment. In this role, he will be responsible for leading the North America operations for the company’s largest business segment, which manages a fleet of more than 180,000 vehicles from 850 locations. He had a 22-year career with GE and related companies, including serving as vice president and general manager of GE Healthcare’s Global MRI business and later served as president and CEO of GE Security’s Homeland Protection business.

Edward Latour Edward A. Latour has been named senior director of operations and risk management at Gulliver Schools. His responsibilities will include oversight of technology, cafeteria services, maintenance and facilities, legal compliance, security, transportation, and risk management.
