She will be responsible for overseeing all Fleet Advantage transactions from initial award to final equipment in-servicing. Before joining the company, she worked in the titling and registration division of First Fleet Corporation. She also worked in the firm's lease documentation department.
Dennis C. Cooke promoted at Ryder System
Dennis C. Cooke has been promoted to president of Global Fleet Management Solutions (FMS) at Ryder System, Inc. He will be responsible for leading all areas of global business operations for the company’s largest business segment. He was senior vice president, chief of operations for FMS in the U.S. and Canada. He joined Ryder in 2011, following a 22-year career with GE and related companies.
Manuel Fernandez named executive vice president of logistics operations at Flagler
Manuel A. Fernandez has been named executive vice president of logistics operations at Flagler, a real estate company headquartered in Coral Gables. He will spearhead the development of the company's South Florida logistics center, a 400-acre intermodal complex adjacent to the Miami International Airport. He also will be responsible for a newly launched logistics practice. Before joining Flagler, he was senior vice president with International Container Terminal Services, Inc., a global container terminal management company. Before that, he held senior positions with top international logistics companies, including DHL Express (USA), Inc., APL LTD. and CSX Corporation.
