Jorge Benitez has been promoted to managing director for North America and chief executive for the United States for Accenture, a global managing consulting and technology services firm. He is based in the Miami office and will have primary responsibility for Accenture’s business and operations in North America, including developing and executing business strategy and ensuring the company’s growth in this region. He will assume the new role Sept. 1. He has worked for the company 30 years and was chief operating officer of Accenture’s products operating group and location managing director of Accenture’s Miami office before the promotion. He also has led the company’s minority mentoring program and was a member of the Accenture Foundation Board.
Andrea Reynolds named principal and vice president of JustAskBoo

She will oversee the company's advertising and sales initiatives, including the hiring, training and management of the company’s sales team, developing strategies for client advertising campaigns and securing new business. She began her career in media buying for DDB Needham advertising agency in Chicago. She then transitioned to advertising sales at Turner Broadcasting/Time Warner, where she spent the majority of her career before joining JustAskBoo.
Jennifer Bolt named senior VP, chief strategy officer at rVue, Inc.
Jennifer Bolt has been named senior vice president, chief strategy officer at rVue, Inc., an advertising technology company in Fort Lauderdale. She will be responsible for accelerating the integration of the company's platform into the advertising industry, leading key agency relationships and driving the expansion of rVue’s analytics capabilities and product offerings. Before joining rVue, she was executive director of engagement planning and innovation at TracyLocke, where she led the media team in client strategy.
Daniel Quezada promoted to VP of finance at CareCloud
Daniel Quezada has been promoted to vice president of finance at CareCloud, a Miami-based provider of online tools for medical offices to manage financial and administrative work. He will be responsible for overseeing corporate finance and accounting functions, including treasury, planning, analysis and financial reporting. He joined CareCloud in November 2010 as the company’s corporate controller. Before that, he held key finance roles at Burger King Corporation.
Steve Cawley named vice president, information technology and CIO at The University of Miami
Steve Cawley has been named vice president for information technology and chief information officer (CIO) at The University of Miami. In his new position, he will provide leadership and vision for all aspects of information technology, including the establishment of policies and the deployment of hardware and software. Before joining UM, he was with the University of Minnesota, serving was vice president and CIO for the main Twin Cities campus and CIO of the University of Minnesota System.
Eduardo Locatelli named chief medical information officer at Holy Cross Hospital
Eduardo Locatelli has been named chief medical information officer for Holy Cross Hospital in Fort Lauderdale, a newly created position. He also has joined the Holy Cross Medical Group, a multi-specialty group of more than 125 physicians providing services throughout Broward and Palm Beach counties. He will collaborate with information services, information technology and other related departments to develop and implement computerized patient record systems. He also will lead clinical and organizational efforts in using information technology for clinical care.
Tom West named vice president of information technology at Nova Southeastern University
Tom West has been named vice president of information technology and chief information officer at Nova Southeastern University (NSU). In his role, he will provide the university community with the technological resources to support teaching, learning and research at NSU's main campus in Davie-Fort Lauderdale, and at off campus Student Education Centers in Fort Myers, Jacksonville, Miami, Miramar, Orlando, Palm Beach, Tampa and The Bahamas. Before joining NSU, he was chief technology officer at Health Choice Network in Miami. Before that, he was senior vice presiding of global information technology and engineering for Pfizer Pharmaceutical and vice president of global information technology for Citigroup, Latin America.

Jorge Azcuy has been promoted to director of technical services at Compuquip Technologies Inc., one of the largest IT services providers in South Florida. He was technical services manager. He will be responsible for managing the technical direction of Compuquip’s infrastructure services division. Before joining Compuquip, Azcuy was an enterprise systems integration manager with a Miami-based IT consulting and staffing services firm.
