The next Imus "hails from the Redneck Riviera"

The Washington Post profiles former Florida Rep. Joe Scarborough who is on track to move into talker Don Imus's spot on MSNBC.

Scarborough is a former congressman from Pensacola who turned down pleas by national Republicans to run in the Republican Senate primary against former Rep. Katherine Harris. She lost, quite memorably, to Sen. Bill Nelson.
