Miami judge gives Klayman the green light to sue Bush supporters

Attorney Larry Klayman, who is suing former White House press secretary Ari Fleischer and others for using Freedom's Watch as the name of a new pro-war advocacy group, has been granted a trial date by US District Judge Paul Huck.

According to today's Washington Post, Klayman plans to start two months of discovery on the case Oct. 31 with "a deposition of Mel Sembler, the big-time Bush family fundraiser and co-founder of Freedom's Watch."

Klayman says he registered "Freedom Watch" years ago. The trial is scheduled for Feb. 19.
