Rudy's new ad does for Florida what corn subsidies do for Iowa

After all the handwringing over the loss of auto manufacturing jobs in Michigan, the presidential pandering comes to Florida, where Republican candidate Rudy Giuliani is touting a national catastrophic insurance fund that could bail out the state in the event of a devastating hurricane.
