If it's Rep. Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, R-Miami, or Rep. Ron Klein, D-Boca Raton, you are in luck. Both South Florida politicians are heading to the polls Monday to publicize that it's the first day of early voting.
Ros-Lehtinen and her family will cast their ballots at 11 a.m. at the Miami-Dade elections department, 2700 NWst 87th Ave. in Miami. Klein will vote at 10 a.m. at Boca Raton City Hall, 201 West Palmetto Park Road.
"Voting is one of our most sacred responsibilities and that is why my family and I are taking advantage of early voting and going to the polls on Monday," Ros-Lehtinen said. "There is no excuse for not voting and with the convenient times and days of the early voting sites in Miami-Dade County, everyone that wants to exercise their right to vote can do so effortlessly."
