Clinton campaign keeps beating dead horse called Florida

Another day, another conference call with the Hillary Clinton campaign accusing rival Barack Obama of disenfranchising voters in Florida and Michigan.

Obama's camp opposes allowing Clinton's victories in those states to count toward delegates because it would amount to changing the ground rules -- the national party ruled last year that it would not recognize those primaries. His campaign has also raised objections to new votes in the two states.

Deputy Communications Director Phil Singer quipped that Obama was "turning the audacity of hope into the audacity of nope."

But the campaign fails to acknowledge that holding another a full-fledged primary is not feasible in Florida, while its top supporters in Congress vigorously opposed a mail-in vote. The campaign has also opposed a potential compromise in which Florida's delegates would be divided evenly between the two candidates at the convention.

Keep throwing mud, Hillary. That HAS to be a winning formula -- for McCain.

Why don't they make Florida a non-voting state for Democrats? Have them register in another state that will allow their vote to count.

How can you have a fair primary without Florida and Michigan? This is totally unfair to Clinton who hands down won both. If Obama gets the nom-Hillary should run as an Independent and say screw you to the dem party that screwed her bigtime. Howard Dean, Richardson, Kerry, Kennedy are all a bunch of keep the woman in the kitchen, in Kenned's case keep em in the river.

Hillary needs to give it up. She is getting dispicable with her obvious desperate maneuvers. The party elders need to step in before it is too late.

"hands down won both" Obama wasn't even on the ballot in Mi. This confirms the desperate state of affairs with Clinton.
