Richardson, Edwards come in from the cold

Remember those guys? Doesn't it seem like ages since Bill Richardson and John Edwards were Democratic candidates for president?

Well they're both back in the national news, but only one of them is endorsing Barack Obama today. Richardson, the governor of New Mexico and the only Hispanic candidates in the race, is slated to back the senator from Illinois.

If Obama is the nominee, Richardson's support could help him attract Hispanic voters in Florida, who favored Democratic rival Hillary Clinton and Republican John McCain in the Jan. 29 primary.

Edwards was on Jay Leno last night but didn't offer an endorsement. Story on Richardson here.
