McCain's March madness

The presidential candidates had to post their March fundraising reports to the Federal Elections Commission by midnight last night and the Florida numbers are in. Drumroll...

Winner: Republican John McCain, who, as the presumptive nominee, had his best month ever, raising nearly $1.5 million. He's back in the state Sunday for a three-day, six-event fundraising swing.

March was the worst month this year for Democrat Hillary Clinton, who raised less than $900,000. Democrat Barack Obama collected a little more than $800,000.
