Federal judge temporarily grounds Rivera's "Sellers of Travel" law

CubatravelBefore Rep. David Rivera's "Sellers of Travel" bill could take flight today as planned, the measure had to make a pit stop at Miami's federal district courthouse.

U.S. District Judge Alan S. Gold temporarily halted the measure which was signed into law by Gov. Charlie Crist on June 23rd, and requires travel agencies specializing in trips to Cuba to post a $250,000 bond with the State and pay up to $2,500 in annual fees.
