Oil drilling makes a cameo

John McCain touted his support for drilling offshore for oil -- and for Florida getting more money from it.

"With more money and revenues to the state of Florida, we will drill offshore and we will drill now," he said. "If we're going to drill off the state of Florida, then you deserve more of those revenues. They shouldn't be sent to Washington, they should be sent to Tallahassee."

Cue "Drill, baby, drill!" cheers.

It sort of reminds me of Sarah Palin's comments about how Alaskans "collectively" own the resources and "share the wealth."
