Why is Lincoln afraid to discuss the issues? Why isn't he using these commercials to defend his record?
ans. he rather do attack ads & ignore his record & the issues.

I think an even better question is how Raul Martinez got so rich working as a public servant!
Look at the man's house and his car, it doesn't look like it's coming out of a mayor's pocket.
