The Florida Voters Coalition and other vote-groups asked Secretary of State Kurt Browning to allow county elections supervisors the right to clear up new voter-registration problems at the polls on Election Day so that voters who run afoul of the so-called "no-match" rule can vote by regular ballot, rather than by a provisional one.
